Levels of training
Universal Pack has been developing training services to help you become a certified technician, skilled in working on our packaging machines and lines. Even though we design our equipment to be as user-friendly as possible, you require a customized training service for a better knowledge of your custom-built machine or line. If you are a Universal Pack’s certified technician, you can manage all kinds of operations: cleaning, inspection, lubrication, format change and many more. Moreover, you can complete these actions very fast and effectively. As a result, your rapid intervention can substantially reduce machine downtime and increase productivity of your machine or line.
What do training services include?
Universal Pack’s training services are totally customizable and include various programs and features, according to your needs:
On-field training made by our constantly trained and certified technicians. We train every field engineer in our operative headquarter (Italy). Moreover, they are globally distributed in order to allow rapid and effective on-site training and interventions;
Dynamic manual on HMI, always available and accessible from the machine management software. It’s an interactive and user-friendly manual with detailed instructions, alarms and signalizations linked directly to the manual itself;
Quick maps for easy maintenance operations, such as cleaning, inspection and lubrication.
As a result of the course, every technician trained by our inspectors will receive a test certificate, which specifies:
Machine type
Model
Serial number of the machine
Manufacture year
